We are delighted to announce that we will be sponsoring the Tech for Good award in this year’s Tech South West awards – to help businesses decarbonise and address inequality.
Cllr Paul Arnott, Leader of East Devon District Council and Chair of Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone Board, said:
“The Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone is firmly focussed on bringing our Vision for Clean Growth to life, striving to stimulate innovation in key sectors such as sustainable aviation, smart grids, greener buildings and green finance.
“By backing the ‘Tech for Good’ award, we want to support businesses both to decarbonise and to help address inequality including supporting marginalized communities and improving health outcomes.”
The Tech for Good Award celebrates the organisations and initiatives that help to promote a better world.
That might mean improving health outcomes, tackling inequality, supporting marginalised groups or protecting the environment.
More good news, it’s not too late to enter! You can now nominate a firm who deserves a little recognition or an organisation that is a leader in their field.
